Speaking on the exciting news, World Netball CEO, Clare Briegal said: “We are thrilled to be able to bring the Netball World Cup 2023 to the entire world.
“Over the last few months, we have announced broadcast deals in each of our five World Netball regions with leading global broadcasters. Host broadcaster SuperSport will ensure each of these broadcasters receive high quality coverage to make the Netball World Cup 2023 a world class celebration of netball.
“We are so grateful to all our broadcasters for their support and expertise, and we know they will do a fantastic job of showcasing our sport in its very best light through their coverage.
“Announcing today that we will be showing every game live and on demand on our own platform, NetballPass, ensures that once again nobody will miss out on seeing the competition no matter where they are in the world.
“When we launched our strategic plan in 2021, we set out a mission to expand netball’s worldwide reach and impact, under our three core strategies: To Grow, to Play and to Inspire, and this is just one example of how we are achieving that and demonstrates our growth in the last two years.”
You can also re-live the road to cape town so far, with the footage from the five Regional Netball World Cup Qualifiers available on NetballPass, free, now.
