Last weekend in the Vitality Netball Superleague, Loughborough Lightning defeated Surrey Storm to cement Team Bath’s place in the Final 4.
Wasps Netball claimed victory over Team Bath 49 – 35 to prove why they had secured their place in the Final 4 taking place this weekend. For team Bath to qualify they needed Loughborough Lightning to defeat Surrey Storm, which they did 71 – 63 to knock the reigning champions out of the running. Also through to the final 4 are Manchester Thunder who secured their place before Round 18 but still managed to convincingly beat Severn Stars 60 – 45.
The Final Four semi-finals will take place this weekend on 10th June.
Loughborough Lightning v Team Bath @ 4:00pm
Wasps Netball v Manchester Thunder @ 6:15pm
The winners will progress to the Grand Final taking place on the 11th June in Birmingham.
