World Netball Begins Recruitment for New CEO

World Netball has today announced that they are looking to recruit a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This comes after the current CEO, Clare Briegal, announced to Members at Congress 2023 that she will be stepping down after a decade in the role.

This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to lead the netball family globally at an exciting time for the sport.

Women’s sport is in the midst of unprecedented growth and netball, one of the trailblazers for women, is well positioned to capitalise on this opportunity. World Netball is looking for a new CEO to lead the organisation as it continues to grow and looks to capitalise on increasing commercial opportunities whilst at the same time continuing to deliver on the needs of its member countries and regional federations.

The successful candidate will provide effective leadership, working with the World Netball Board and the Executive team to initiate, develop and implement strategies and processes to achieve long-term sustainability and commercial success for World Netball and its Members.
