Welsh Netball is searching for an experienced leader to lead and grow netball in Wales. The successful candidate must be insight led and participant centered with strong commercial acumen.
Spearheading and implementing an innovative growth strategy underpinned by a collection of sub-strategies will be critical. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, direction, and support to a small team of staff with cross-organisational portfolios. They will align resources to ensure Netball remains the largest team sport for women and girls in Wales and continues to grow participation across the whole netball family.
The successful candidate will sustain and grow an annual income stream across the department, actively seeking out and developing sustainable revenue sources and commercial opportunities. As a member of Welsh Netball’s Executive Team, they will actively engage in the leadership and management of the National Governing Body (NGB) to enable the delivery of the organisation’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
