INF Regional Officiating Coordinator (ROC) – Extension of Appointment

The INF will be extending the appointments of the current INF ROC for a further year, until end of January 2019.

Each INF region has a Regional Officiating Coordinator (ROC), who supports the INF’s International Umpiring Manager (IUM) to lead International Officiating. The INF ROCs work closely with the INF Members and Regions to facilitate the pathway to International Umpiring.

The INF ROCs are:

  • Africa: Isabel Du Piesanie
  • Americas: Carmeta Douglin
  • Asia: Lainie Houston
  • Europe: Alan Anderson
  • Oceania: Jan Skilton

This extension was approved by the INF Board to enable the ROC role to become more established in the INF structure and allow the transition to the use of INF netWorld to continue more smoothly.

The ROC work within the framework, Regulations, Rules, Codes, Policies and Guidelines approved by INF that are detailed in the International Umpiring Handbook which can be accessed on the INF website:

The INF very much looks forward to continuing working with those appointed in this role.
