Congratulations to Australia, who came away with three wins for three matches in the Vitality International Netball Series against England.
The series was televised live on Sky Sports, as part of their Netball Month promotion.
Speaking after the game, England’s Player of the Series, Ama Agbeze, was positive about the impact of the promotion: “It’s been amazing. There’s been more and more influence from social media, and with it being on television, there’s interest from people who haven’t necessarily watched netball before. On the international stage, we’re obviously competing against each other, but we also need to work together to continue to build that profile.”
