World Netball Launches Rules Review

World Netball has launched a Rules Review by welcoming Member Associations and World Netball Technical Panels to submit proposals for changes to the Rules of Netball.

The process involving consultation and rules trials will take twelve months with the final proposals to be presented to World Netball at Congress in Cape Town, South Africa in July 2023.

The review will be led by the Rules Advisory Panel (RAP) who will consult with other World Netball panels including the Coaching Advisory Panel, Officiating Advisory Panel and the Voice of the Athlete Working Group.

The closing date for National Associations to submit proposals to WN is 30th September 2022.

Any individual who wishes to suggest rules changes should contact their National Association as proposals must be endorsed and presented by a WN National Association or WN panel member.

If you are unsure how to contact your National Association, please email the WN Secretariat at info@worldnetball.sport.

The current Rules of Netball App may be downloaded free for iOS here, and for Android, here.
