Samoa have arrived in the UK ahead of their upcoming test matches against Scotland and Wales.
The year may be drawing to a close but there is still plenty of international netball left to be played. Currently ranked 14th in the INF World Rankings, Samoa will play two test matches against Scotland and two against Wales, with the first being this Saturday against Scotland.
Perth will host both games between Scotland and Samoa, the same venue that will host the all important Netball Europe World Cup Qualifiers in January, which will include Wales.
Claire Brownie will captain the Scotland side into their final matches of the calendar year. Vice Captain duties lie with Lynsey Gallagher who is one of ten UWS Sirens players in the Scottish squad. The second test between Scotland and Samoa takes place the day after, on the Sunday.
Samoa then makes the trip down to Wales where they will play their first game in the Welsh capital since 2011. Suzy Drane, who featured in the games in 2011, captains the Welsh side. The first encounter takes place on the 5th of December with the second game taking place two days later.
