Vicky Lowe joins World Netball as interim CEO

World Netball (WN) has today announced that Vicky Lowe will be joining the international governing body as interim CEO following the departure of Clare Briegal.

The interim CEO brings with her a vast range of experience and knowledge having worked across the sport, charity, and corporate sectors for more than 18 years, notably previously as Executive Director at the Commonwealth Sport Foundation, and most recently as the Global Director of Development at Laureus Sport for Good.

Vicky is also currently Chair of the England Lacrosse Board and Chair of The Change Foundation UK.

Speaking on joining WN, Vicky said: “I am hugely excited to be joining World Netball and looking forward to making a positive contribution to the development of the Sport during my tenure.”

Vicky will work alongside the WN Board and the Secretariat team to initiate, develop and implement strategies and processes to help achieve sustainability and commercial success for WN and its Members.
