The final round of the Netball Super League (NSL) took place this weekend live and on demand on NetballPass, Sky Sports and BBC.
The two Semi Finals will take place on Friday 20th June, with Manchester Thunder taking on London Mavericks in the Minor Semi-Final, and London Pulse welcoming Loughborough Lightning to the capital for the Major Semi-Final.
Here is the international player watch for the final round:
London Mavericks vs Manchester Thunder
In a warmup for the Minor Semi-Final London Mavericks hosted Manchester Thunder in Round 14 of the NSL.
It was Thunder that came away from this clash with the bragging rights and confidence boost as they beat their semi-final opposition Mavericks 45 – 67.
South Africa SPAR Protea, Elmere van der Berg, continued to show that it doesn’t matter who she is working with in the shooting circle, she will still create a connection and sink her shots.
Van der Berg worked seamlessly with both Paige Reed and Lois Pearson as they returned to the squad, and the eventual Player of the Match scored 50 goals, meaning she has topped the leagues charts for goals scored at the end of the regular season, with 496 to her name.
The two teams will face each other again on Friday.
