World Netball is pleased to announce changes to International Netball Umpire Award (INUA) Testing Panel (ITP) and ITP Cadet statuses.
Congratulations to ITP Cadet, Kirsten Lloyd (Oceania), who has now been accredited as an ITP, and to Ann Hay (Oceania) and Anso Kemp (Africa), who have been awarded ITP Cadet status.
All three officials’ statuses will now remain in place for the next two years.
In addition to this, as per the procedures a review of the ITP whose status was due to expire in the 1st Quarter of 2025 has been completed.
The outcome is the following appointments are now renewed for these voluntary roles:
ITP Renewals
Africa:
- Marielouw Van der Merwe – 3-year term
Asia:
- Michelle Phippard– 2-year term
- Jacqui Jashari – 2-year term
Europe:
- Tracy Skipp (who has relocated from Asia) – 2-year term
Oceania:
- Colleen Bond – 1-year term
ITP Cadet Renewals
Africa:
- Theresa Prince – 2-year term
Asia:
- Joan Yuliani – 2-year term
- Bee Ling Yu – 2-year term
World Netball International Officiating Manger, Christina Barrow, said: “We are pleased to have such a strong voluntary base in this important officiating role who continue to offer their expert knowledge and experience so willingly”.

Any ITP or ITP Cadet not named in the list above will have different end of WN status dates, and therefore their status will be reviewed and updated accordingly.
