Gold Coast 2018 have issued their official invite to the Netball Technical Officials who will preside over the Commonwealth Games Netball Competition.
The Commonwealth Games is considered as one of the pinnacles of a players’ career and therefore it is a huge honor to officiate at these high standards.
For this event there are two types of Netball Technical Official roles:
- International Technical Officials (ITO) Role – Jury of Appeal (3), Umpire Appointments Panel (UAP) (3) and Umpires (13)
- National Technical Official (NTO) Role – Bench Co-coordinator/Manager (5), Bench Official (9), Statistician (3) and Data Entry (3)
All appointees are supported to develop in their roles by their National Netball Federation which is why their country is mentioned below.
