The final round of the ANZ Premiership (ANZP) took place this weekend, live and on demand on NetballPass, Sky Sport and TVNZ, with Mystics crowned Minor Premiers.
Here is this week’s International Player Watch:
Magic vs Pulse
Pulse stole the third-place spot in the table and booked their place in next weekend’s Elimination Final when they beat Magic 54 – 56.
With less than 1 minute left to go, New Zealand Silver Fern Kelly Jackson made a vital interception, which made its way down court to the safe hands of Amorangi Malesala who scored the winning Super Shot in the final three seconds.

Mystics vs Tactix
This was a top of the table clash like no other, with the winners of the game guaranteed a spot in the Grand Final, whilst also being crowned Minor Premiers, leaving the losers 2nd place in the table and left to play in the Elimination Final.
Mystics turned over Tactix first pass of the game and that set the tone for the first three quarters, which the home side dominated.
Young Silver Fern defender, Catherine Hall, once again proved crucial for Mystics as she made two interceptions and 11 deflections, sending her team into the final 15 minutes of the regular season leading by 15 goals.
Tactix did fight back in the final 15 minutes, winning the quarter by one, but it was too little too late as Mystics won 70 – 56.
Mystics will now host the Grand Final on 27th July, whilst Tactix will host Pulse in the Elimination Final on 20th July.
Tactix will be hoping they will be victorious in this match and have the opportunity to get their revenge on Mystics in the Grand Final.
