- Brush Up on The Rules of Netball
The 2020 Rules of Netball is available to download here. Why not teach your family members new netball positions every day of the week? Or top up on your knowledge of the rules so you will be a netball pro by the time you get back on the court.
- Pick Up A Book
We’ve already mentioned our Rules of Netball, but if you fancy something more, England Netballer Geva Mentor’s book ‘Leap’ is a great read.
- R&R (Rest and relaxation)
Why not use this time for some good old R&R? Give your body and mind a break, put your feet up off the court and take some time for yourself. Remember, giving your body and mind a rest is equally important as keeping them active.
These are just a few ideas to keep you busy over the coming weeks. Don’t forget to share with us what you’re doing using the hashtag #NetballFamily and remember to stay safe and positive.
