Current Regional & World Netball Members
Any country within the Region is encouraged to play and develop netball and those who join both the Regional Federation and World Netball, as either Associate or Full Members, gain access to a wider range of support services.
The Americas Region currently has 1 Associate Members and 15 Full Regional & World Netball Members.

The Americas Federation of Netball Associations, known as AFNA is the recognized INF Agency for the Americas Region.
AFNA is in the process of updating the Regional Strategic Plan setting out how they will support the development of Netball over the next four years. The plan will link closely with the World Netball Strategic Plan which can be viewed here.
Regional Federation Officials
Officials of the AFNA Executive Committee are elected by Members of the Association at the Annual General Meeting every 4 years. The term of office is 4 years.
The current AFNA Executive Committee includes
- 1st Vice-President
- 2nd Vice-President
- World Netball Regional Director
The current President is also the World Netball Regional Director.
The Executive meets at least four times per year.
AFNA members meet once per year and this normally coincides with the AFNA Senior Championships or Regional Qualifiers. Other meetings are held as necessary.
AFNA organizes competitions for senior teams in the Region and also organizes competitions for U21 and development teams.
The Association also organizes Regional qualifying tournaments every four years for the Netball World Cup and the Netball World Youth Cup. These are held the year prior to these Netball World Cup events.
