Australia are the current Commonwealth Games (CWG) defending Champions, having beating Jamaica in the Birmingham 2022 (B2022) CWG Final, 51-55.
This was Australia’s 4th Gold medal since netball’s inclusion in the CWG in 1998.
The Diamonds previously won Gold in 1998, 2002 and 2014.
Australia have also won Silver on three occasions, most recently in 2018 when they lost out to England 51-52 in the Final and prior to that in 2006 and 2010.
