World Netball (WN) attended the Sports Business Awards yesterday where they were shortlisted for ‘Best Sports Governing Body Initiative’.
It was announced on the 1st October that WN had been shortlisted for the award alongside 5 other governing bodies, in recognition of their recent rebrand and Your Netball World Campaign.
WN’s nomination not only recognises the rebrand of the International Netball Federation (INF) to WN, but also the virtual mosaic competition and wider #YourNetballWorld campaign that included the announcement of our Ambassadors.
The winners were announced yesterday in London at The Oval in a ceremony attended by high profile CEO’s, athletes, and industry leaders.
Congratulations to the English Football League who won the award in this category.
