Netball World is the International Netball Federations official app for the Vitality Netball World Cup 2019
What can I do on the Netball World app?

How can I download the app?
You can download the app on the iOS and Google Play stores
Do I need to pay for the app?
The app is free to download and there are no in-app purchases
What happens once I’ve downloaded the app?
Once you have downloaded the app from the iOS or Google Play store, the app icon will appear on your phone screen. Open the app to start using Netball World
What is the team section?
The team section shows all the teams that are competing in the Vitality Netball World Cup. It also shows their tournament seedings.
Click on a team to see their players, their positions and key statistics
What is the player section?
The player section shows individual player information such as position, headshots and statistics
What do the player statistics mean?
Next to the player statistics you will see an i (information) icon. Click on this for definitions on each statistic
How can I find out about the fixtures and competition?
The fixtures and competition format can be found on the fixtures section on the app. You can also find all the information on the Netball World Cup website here
What is creating choices?
Creating Choices is a new campaign by the International Netball Foundation which launched in July 2019. Find out more information via the website here
How can I find out more information about the International Netball Federation?
Head to the INF website here to find all about the INF including what they do, the board of directors and how to connect with the INF

How can I watch a game live?
Games are being shown by the INF in your country. To find out how you can watch them click here
Why can’t I watch a game live on the app?
If you can’t watch a game live on the app it is because your country is broadcasting the games on TV. Find out who is broadcasting here
How can I see the highlights from games?
You can see highlights from the games on the video section on the app under the Netball World Cup 2019 highlights section. Find out how soon you can watch game highlights here
How do I watch videos from previous years?
Head to the video section on the app to watch games from the 2015 Netball World Cup in Sydney along with other key tournaments and videos
ACCOUNT FAQ’S
How do I register my account?
Scroll left on the main homepage to view the full app menu. Click on my account and register for a new account. Here you will have to enter personal details such as name and email
I have a problem registering my account, what do I do?
For any problems registering your account head to the customer support section on the main menu
Do I have to opt in to receive information from the INF when registering?
No. If you do not wish to receive information from the INF do not select the tick box when registering. If you do register and change your mind you can change these settings in your account or hit unsubscribe on any emails you receive
