Netball Australia CEO, Marne Fechner, said:

‘With so much player movement in the off-season, we’ve seen quite a large change to teams right across the league, so team rivalries and the intensity and fierceness of the competition will only go up another notch this season – teams, and individual athletes for that matter, are going to be keen to show us what they’re made of’

‘Last year, we saw more people attending and viewing the Suncorp Super Netball competition than ever before and we look forward to seeing this increase yet again in 2019 with matches being brought to more locations across Australia, Channel 9 and Telstra encouraging that fans ever miss a match broadcast’

This Suncorp Super Netball season will take place until late August, with 14 rounds in place before the Semi-Final, Preliminary Final and Grand Final.
