Uganda at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games

 Uganda made their Commonwealth Games (CWG) debut in 2018, at the Gold Coast, Australia Games.  

Their first CWG victory came against Malawi, who they beat 54-52, in their second game of the tournament.  

Uganda finished 6th overall, after losing to South Africa 53-32 in the 5th place match. 

At the most recent CWG, Birmingham 2022, Uganda had their highest ever finish at 5th when the tables turned, and they beat South Africa 48-54 in the 5th/6th classification match.
