Netball is a team sport. People with different skills and roles contribute to a single result. The potential exists to work together off the court in exactly the same way.
As such, our aim is to invest in developing mutually supportive partnerships, with organisations that share our passion, values, culture and desire to make a difference.

The WN Foundation has announced its inaugural partnership with the Maitrayana Charity Foundation (Maitrayana).
Maitrayana, aims to leverage the power of sport, to create ecosystems that empower girls and young women to fulfil their potential, whilst also furthering girls and women’s rights.
To do this, Maitrayana facilitates programmes for adolescent girls and young women from the ages of 10 – 25 years, giving them the opportunity to take part in both netball and life skills programmes, with a focus on their rights. They also offer leadership pathways and economic justice programmes.
8,902 girls and young women have participated in their programmes since 2021, and through this partnership with the WN Foundation a further 500 girls will be put through these life changing programmes.
