What happens to the Netball World Youth Cup Qualifiers which were due to take place this year?
The Netball World Youth Qualifiers which were due to take place before October 2020 have been cancelled.
3 qualifying countries from each region will be determined by INF World Rankings.
Will the Netball World Youth Cup still be going ahead?
Yes. The Netball World Cup 2021, in Suva, Fiji is still planning to go ahead.
Have the qualifiers for the Commonwealth Games in 2022 been affected by COVID-19?
The Commonwealth Games Federation will delay the qualification date for the Commonwealth Games, 2022 in Birmingham, UK. The INF has proposed that this be delayed from July 1, 2021, to December 1, 2021. A formal statement will be released when this has been finalised.

Will there be an INF World Rankings annual in the near future?
Yes, the INF will publish a World Rankings update at the end of May/beginning of June to include the Vitality Netball Nations Cup which took place in January 2020.
Will the INF publish an annual World Rankings update?
INF will publish an annual update at the end of June 2020. The 8 match ranking threshold to retain a ranking will be reduced to 6 for this year’s annual update.

How will INF World Rankings reflect the impact of COVID-19 and the lack of international netball?
INF is currently consulting with its Regions and Members on this matter.
Will the INF be offering any financial aid to Regions and Members?
The INF Board recognises the severe financial hardship of Members as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. INF Board will decide at its next interim meeting in June 2020 its policy fees for 2021 and the possibility of creating a hardship fund.
