Congratulations to the two umpires from Singapore who have become the Asia Region’s first holders of the International Umpires’ Award (IUA), outside of Australia. Yu Bee Ling and Joan Catherine Yani will go into 2016 with much confidence, after being presented with their Awards at the Mission Foods Nations Cup in December 2015.
