Three of Netball Fiji’s Administrators have been awarded Independence Commemorative Medals for their contributions to netball in Fiji.

Wainikiti Bogidrau, Vasiti Vocea, and Unaisi Rokoura were all presented with their medals by the outgoing President Major General (Retired) Jioji Konrote.

The three women have all dedicated much of their lives to netball, with Bogidrau currently sitting on the World Netball Board and serving as President of Oceania Netball, following her 9 years as President of Netball Fiji.

Vocea and Rokoura are both former players and now administrators at Netball Fiji.

World Netball would like to congratulate Bogidrau, Vocea and Rokoura on their achievements and thank them for continuing to help to grow, to play and to inspire through netball.
