Taini Jamison Trophy – Match Two

The second match in the Cadbury Netball series for the Taini Jamison Trophy takes place on Wednesday 22nd September between the New Zealand Silver Ferns and the England Roses.

The two sides took each other on for the first time since 2020 in the first of three matches on Monday, and the Silver Ferns came out on top winning 48-42 on home soil.

After a strong start from the Silver Ferns, the Roses fort back in the final quarter and brought the score back to 38 all with just over 10 minutes to go.

However, the strong final 15 wasn’t enough for Jess Thirlby’s side and they go into the second game of the series with a point to prove.

All fixtures during the series will be broadcast on Sky Sports in the UK and in New Zealand.
