Sophie Reynolds Joins World Netball As Administration Intern

World Netball is delighted to announce its latest appointment – Sophie Reynolds in the role of Administration Intern, at its head offices in Manchester.

Sophie recently graduated from Solent University, where she obtained a BA(Hons) degree in Sports Journalism.

Outside of university Sophie has also gained work experience within the sporting industry, most recently working for a Vitality Netball Superleague franchise, Surrey Storm, and she has developed a range of skills from social media and PR, to interviewing and writing.

Sophie has played netball from the age of seven, and is now also a coach with a strong drive to grow participation in the sport.

Sophie comments: “I’m so excited to be joining World Netball. I have always had a passion for netball, and the power it has to make a difference around the world. I thrive when working in a team and believe all the experience I have working with the media, and within sporting clubs as a coach, player and journalist will allow me to help the already amazing World Netball team to grow the sport even more. I can’t wait to start working with the Board, stakeholders and World Netball Family.”
