Suncorp Super Netball Grand Final

This weekend saw the conclusion of the Suncorp Super Netball Season with the Grand Final held between New South Wales (NSW) Swifts and Sunshine Coast Lightning, both battling it out to become champions. Lightning were persistent, continuously pushing harder each quarter but NSW Swifts produced an incredibly fast, sharp and well-executed game to take the title with a convincing win. The game saw an incredible fight from both teams, but leading by 10 goals in the fourth quarter, Swifts pushed on scoring an astounding 18 goals in the final 15 minutes to be crowned Suncorp Super Netball Champions 2019.
