The International Netball Federation has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Sports Governing Body Initiative’ at this year’s Sports Business Awards.
The Sports Business Awards 2019 will take place on Friday 31st May 2019 in London, where winners for each category will be announced.
Through the delivery of our Netball 2020 strategic plan the INF is leading a transformation. This process began with a change to the Federation’s internal governance processes.
The global membership has been empowered and the national netball associations are motivated and engaged with the three core strategies identified in the plan:
- Governing with Integrity
- Thrilling World Class Events
- Empowering Through Netball
The key stakeholders in global sport (including the IOC and the CGF) are noticing.
Women’s sport is finally being given the profile by the media that it has sought for decades and the INF is poised, ready to seize the moment.
INF is delivering on its mission and women’s lives are being changed.
